Owner and regional manager kicked out a long term resident because they wanted apartment. Had a 2 bdrm that she was in for over 8 yrs. Never late on rent. That didn't matter because owner wanted her apartment due to being grandfathered in price. They wanted more money. Only giving a 1 star for the credit of the properity manager there was nice to her and helpful during the time she was there. Tammy is the only credit to this owner.
