Do not rent/lease with this company. Once you sign the lease, you will have no one to talk to about issues in the property. Zero care about issues, even with major issues like water heater, you will be left for weeks with no response. Worst company, not worth it even if property is nice. Update, as a response to the company - Thankfully im no longer staying in one of your properties.
