This was a great place from the second we sat down....
Hops has the most diverse selection of beers from the best micro breweries in the country, and has created a food menu which pairs with their beer selections that offers an infinite combination of taste sensations. And their staff get it.

Best bar in Aspen as far as I'm concerned. Great atmosphere!
Can't wait to see what the new Chef has in store for the winter menu!! I know it will be great!!
