Always stop here when I'm in Aspen...great suds and the food is top notch!
Awesome atmosphere, great beer, delicious food, and the service was top-notch too. We even ran into our server the next day at Cathedral Lake and he remembered us! Highly recommend this place.
I'm not usually a burger person, but Hops has the best burger I've ever eaten! It was so good! The atmosphere was nice, and we really enjoyed our visit. My husband loved the beer and tater tots; I loved the smores. There's something for everyone. I wish we could have tried it all. We will definitely be back when we visit Aspen again.
Their Organic prickly pear is a must try! It was great kind of wish I could go back for more!
Amazing selection of beers as expected, but the Burger, one of the best ever, and I've thrown down a lot of burgers in my day!!
