This business inspected a home I purchased on 3/31/2022. While doing landscaping, I found 4 suspicious mounds near my house in the front yard. I contacted Hopper as I was not sure what these mounds were. I was told they were probably just vegetation, but I could send a picture. I did so and received a call stating was probably just bees. I asked them if someone could come out and look to make sure. I was advised that Hopper only inspects the house and if there were termites inside, they would repair. As always, my quarterly pest control service was performed in a professional and thorough manner. John S. always informs me of things I should know and to look for regarding pests around me home. In years I have not had bugs/pests of any kind I. My home!

Chris A****** is an excellent representative of Hopper Termite and Pest Control. He performed the annual inspection at my home. He was very professional and friendly, and he did the inspection thoroughly and as quickly as could be expected. If all of Hopper's employees are like Chris, then they will always have my business.

The service tech was on time, polite and took the time to answer all our questions. We have only lived here about a year so still learning the area. Very happy with Hopper and all their employees we have dealt with .
