This business inspected a home I purchased on 3/31/2022. While doing landscaping, I found 4 suspicious mounds near my house in the front yard. I contacted Hopper as I was not sure what these mounds were. I was told they were probably just vegetation, but I could send a picture. I did so and received a call stating was probably just bees. I asked them if someone could come out and look to make sure. I was advised that Hopper only inspects the house and if there were termites inside, they would repair. John S******* did an excellent service call today 7/10/19. We have always been very satisfied with the service from Hopper Termite Control. Always ready to help if we have a problem, and they get to appointments promptly. We have used their service for 35 years, and have always had very professional and competent techs.
