We have been a customer of Hoppers for many years and just had them out to the house to do some preventive crawling insect spraying and also for our annual termite inspection. The tech arrived right on time and did a very thorough job. He was polite and a very hard worker. We have never had a complaint with Hoppers service.

Hoppers has provided excellent service for the past 4 years that I have lived in Mountain Home. I purchase an annual plan that includes termite inspection. They let me know in advance when they will come by to do a treatment. Mike has been assigned to us for over a year, and he does a great job. If we ever encounter bugs between treatments, they are quick to respond and take care of the issue. I have no trouble recommending Hoppers.

We have used Hopper for over 10 years. I appreciate the fact that they send the same technician to my house every time, so he knows the property and communicates well with us. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling service. Prices are reasonable and in line with others in the market. We'll stay with Hopper for the forseeable future, and we will recommend them to our neighbors.

Hopper has inspected my property for 30 years. I have faithfully paid my fee each year to be covered by the inspection program. This year I called in October to see if a report had been issued because I had not received it. I was told by the first person I spoke with that they had not completed the inspection despite my paying the bill in the summer. She said it would be completed and I would get a report when it was. I reached back out today to find out where the report was and am being told that it was sent to an old email... read more
