Hoppe was OUTSTANDING in their approach to customer service! They did what they promised when they promised and cleaned up (even the gutters) and left the yard as if they had never been there except the 80 ft silver maple tree was missing!
I've had two trees (crab apple and burning bush) trimmed twice by Hoppe (two years apart) and they do beautiful work and its so nice that they clean up after themselves!!
Hoppe did a great job trimming of 5 trees last spring and an oak this past winter. We especially like the webpage that was provided with the quote that used a satellite view of our property with almost all the trees identified and their current condition. Both crews were very friendly and courteous and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Definitely was a great experience and we will use them again.
Geat tree service. Had 2 large trees that were close to the house cut down. They cut them down fast and left my yard very clean. They also had the best price out of about 10 quotes i received from other services.
This is the second time I have used Hoppe for my "tree needs." Each time, the price was reasonable; they kept me informed about the time they would do the work; and when they came, they did the job with skill. I highly recommend them.
Job quote was 16 weeks out then changed to 26 weeks! Hoppe informed me they would coordinate with the utility company for tree trimming then changed their story.
I was completely pleased with the work done. I was very impressed with how the team worked together as one. They were very willing to answer questions. The ability of your crew to look at the tree and be able to bring it down in one spot and hall away with no damage to property. I would be very willing to recommend Hoppe Tree Service to anyone.
