I was notified that the car had sold and was offered sales support.
I worked with Arthur. He was fantastic. I purchased a used Acura. As I had to travel a ways to the dealership, special accommodations were made for me. The only issue I have with Hopkins is that I feel I was pressured into purchasing a Service Contract that I clearly stated I did not want. I did end up buying it, but notified Hopkins the next day that I wanted to cancel. I have been assured that I will receive a reimbursement within 3-4 weeks. Still not cool.
The sales person was quick to contact me quickly and gave me a clear picture of what to expect with the vehicle (the imperfections were described up front). I set an appointment to meet with the sales person and he was ready to meet at the agreed time. There was no pressure to buy and I was given time to look over the car without anyone hovering over me. They responded quickly, sales person was knowledgeable and respectful of my time. The car was nice , clean , but had one dent that wouldn't be repaired and the price was on the high side.
I contacted dealer via email and they responded back promptly. They answered any questions I had and were helpful.
