My request was answered within 24 hours by Pablo Sosa. We set an appointment for Saturday July 6 10:30 am. We met Pablo, inspected the vehicle, test drove it. Excellent customer service
After the initial contact from the internet mgr and then the sales mgr - they never responded to any further queries from me about setting up a time to buy the car. The car continued to appear on sites for a week. I did finally see that the car was unavailable.
Dealer was great to work with. The sales manager wasn’t great but our sales guy was. We got a very nice car for a pretty good price. The condition was excellent and exactly how we expected it. After visiting a couple others in the area that didn’t match listings, we were pleasantly surprised to find exactly what we wanted and drove 1.5 hours for. I’ll consider allowing our sales guy to find me my car I. The near future. Pablo...thank you.
