I have experienced the traditional Big Box pharmacies for years. "Who are you? Date of birth? No we can't check the whole family's scripts, we have to search each one by D.OB." I was in search of an over the counter product which I could not find at any chain. I was driving by Hopewell Pharmacy and stopped in... The pharmacist apologized for not having the product but offered to,order it with a promise to call me the next day. Four hours later I received that call and they had ordered and received the order just that quickly and they made a new "friend". Thank You...I have already related this story to several friends.

I had such trouble with a previous big chain pharmacy, I had all but lost hope, I live up the street from Hopewell pharmacy and when I walked in they had just opened but yet were so engaging and friendly. They listened to my horror story of a previous experience with another pharmacy and really made me feel comfortable. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Amazing job guys. Our family just relocated to Glenmoore, PA from VA and we were looking for the personal service that a small town pharmacy could provide. Eric went above and beyond to help us with prescriptions as we struggled with getting Medicaid up and running for our special needs child in a new state.
Was in a pinch to get my blood pressure prescription filled today since I was out. They were super helpful and made it happen. Never going anywhere else again.
