Hopewell Road Pharmacy's customer service is in a completely different league from the big chain stores. Eric has gone out of his way multiple times to call my insurance company when there were problems getting prescriptions approved. He proactively takes measures to save me money through coupons he knows of, etc. The staff is always extremely friendly, and you can be in and out in a couple of minutes because of their efficiency. I wish I had discovered them a long time ago!
We are so happy we switched to Hopewell Pharmacy! They are very knowledgeable, super fast, and have great customer service. My doctor called in a prescription and within 5 minutes I got a phone call from the pharmacy stating that it was ready for pick up. The pharmacist knew who I was when I walked in the door, and I’ve only been in there maybe 2 times (since my husband usually picks up the prescriptions). We are extremely glad the we switched from chain pharmacies to Hopewell. Eric and Deb always take the extra time if you have any special accommodations to be met. And truly make you feel valued. As a busy parent, I am usually hauling my two young children when picking up prescriptions. They are always happy to run them outside for curbside pickup. I could go on and on here. I am so glad we switched our prescriptions over to the Hopewell pharmacy! The staff is so helpful and friendly. Both of my sons use asthma medications daily that can get very costly. Today when I picked up their refills for the month, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my bill was extremely less than what I anticipated.
