IT IS THE BEST PHARMACY I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY 15 YRS LIVING IN DOWNINGTOWN,PA! THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS CHEERFUL, CARING, AND HAVE YOU'RE PRESCRIPTIONS READY FASTER THAN ANY OTHER PHARMACY I HAVE EVER USED! THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE BY AT LEAST THE THIRD RING AND THEY DELIVER FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT MAKE IT THERE! I JUST LOVE EACH ONE THERE AND I NEVER PLAN ON CHANGING PHARMACIES AGAIN! THANK YOU HOPEWELL FOR DOING A WONDERFUL JOB!
Amazing pharmacy with an amazing staff right here in our back yard.
The pharmacists go out of their way to get to know their customers and make the interactions personal. I feel like I can go in there and ask any medicine questions, but also get to know them as people and vice versa. I’m just sorry it took me so long to try them.
Tony and staff are always so helpful as soon as you walk in the door. So knowledgeable and if your to sick to get to 1 of their 2 stores they will gladly deliver it to your door. old time service the way it should be.
I’ve been to this pharmacy twice to get my daughter a spacer for her inhaler. Eric and staff were amazing! They were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!
This pharmacy is a great asset to the community. They are all about customer service. Eric went above and beyond with a prescription for my dog to make it more practical to dispense. I know I would not have gotten that help at a chain pharmacy. Many thanks to Deb, Eric & Katie. You are all so helpful !
My husband and I moved to this area two years ago and we couldn’t be more thankful to have such a wonderful pharmacy to rely on. Eric is absolutely fabulous and has been so incredibly helpful to us every time we had to visit the pharmacy. The staff is always so helpful and kind. We’re very blessed to have such a wonderful place filled with genuine people. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given!!
