This was truly a nightmare of an experience. I worked at this location for a few weeks a couple of month ago. The staff does not practice much ABA with the children or challenge them to learn (I have worked in ABA a few times before). People are constantly being hired and fired. The staff (including leadership) would laugh at and make fun of a black toddlers hair rather than pulling it back up or asking someone else to fix it. Very disappointed with this facility, my 3 year old girl was going there for almost a year was a AIM clinic that time they sold to hopebridge without telling anyone no problem with that but they don’t have people prepared changing supervisor every day but the worse was my daughter who can’t speak stay for over a week from 8-3:30pm without eat anything, I was so angry and they told me “ oh I didn’t have idea” every time she get inside the car open very desperate her lunch box I’m glad another therapist told me about it.
