Raven and Beth are amazing with my daughter she absolutely adores them and I had one bad experience but it was understandable everyone has hard days especially with such a wide variety of people.in this world I appreciate everything this location does and is doing for my daughter, you all are really everyday heros ❤️
BEEN TRYING TO GET MY SON ENROLLED FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND , EVERYTIME I CALL, THEY NEED SOMETHING ELSE, OR WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMETHING ELSE, AND ITS BEEN GOING ON WELL OVER A YEAR, I FINALLY GET MY SON AN AUTISM EVALUATION SOMEWHERE WHERE I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR JUST FOR SOMEONE FROM HOPEBRIDGE TO TELL ME THE EVALUATION HAS TO BE THROUGH THEM... I want everyone to know this right now! WATCH OUT FOR YOUR CHILDREN AT THIS CENTER, THEY LEFT MY LITTLE AUTISTIC GIRL UNSUPERVISED IN THE GYM AREA WITH OTHER CHILDREN WHILE TEACHERS WERE ‘IN THE BATHROOM’.. IF YOU WANT NEGLECT FOR YOUR CHILD HAPPILY BRING THEM HERE!
After filling out all the paperwork and everything they needed, they invited us to do a tour and orientation. Was told to write down my contact information and they’d be in touch. After that, nothing for 2 months. I reached out to the center to see why I haven’t heard anything. They said my son needs some sort of evaluation and it has to be scheduled by corporate.
