RecommendedI was searching for a veterinarian for a while now & I think this is the place for my Harley. We go to another place for vaccinations, heartworm pills & flea & tick stuff but needed a place for when he wasn’t feeling well. Harley had an eye infection & I needed it to be checked. Dr. Kenyon was great. I didn’t get the chance to meet her with Covid going on but she took great care of my furbaby. Thank you so much ❤️👍
I am extrememly disappointed in how they care more about the money than their clients. I had specifically requested a consult appointment for my sick cat who had recently been hospitalized and diagnosed with kidney disease. He has seen a doctor weekly since and gotten multiple labs done. Our regular vet was out of town, and another one recently retired. Needed to speak with the vet. I was told they are closing in 10 minutes and to take my dog to a vet hospital. Not cool.
We have taken our “babies” there since 1991. Care is exceptional! Highly recommend them!
we have been trying to refill flea meds and your system has been down for nearly two weeks and NOBODY returns phone calls. Terrible service
While the vets and techs are knowledgable and friendly, the desk/reception staff is horrible. They are nice to your face, but seem to care very little about you as a customer and do absolutely nothing to help resolve issues. Two weeks ago I called to reschedule a visit, originally scheduled a week ago, wishing to reschedule until after the new year. Dr. Vaillant sees both of my dachshunds and my cat. We absolutely love her!!! She did an anal gland removal surgery on my dog Jake a few months ago and he has since been acting like a new dog! She's also experienced with Dachshund back problems and knows how to manage their pain through medications, acupuncture, and cold laser therapy (all of which we've done with her). Whether it's exams, shots, dentals, boarding, or sick visits, we love all of the girls at Hope Springs Pembroke and will forever be a client of Dr. V!
They are all like family.
