The female doctor I spoke today had no idea what she is doing. She is more of a used car salesperson that a Vet. Her degree came from 7 Eleven. I was better off taking the dog to Waffle House. They try to run your bill up with these tests your pet doesn't need. Do not take your pet here. 🤮
RecommendedMy Harleigh was being seen onsite for an issue and not feeling well at all on 12/11/20, I called that morning and they were happy to get her in. She’s has been seen there for several months for her puppy visits and has been boarded 3 times and 1 daycare. Dr. Johnson saw her this particular day and I cannot say enough how professional and caring they are. They kept us informed of all updates and recommendations. Refused to fill my dogs script after already going in for several exams paying ($60 exam fee, $100+ blood test, $100+ skin tests plus meds) multiple times. Now every time she needs a refill they refuse to refill her script and make me come in so I can pay the fees all over again. Even though she was just seen 2 months prior for her condition. Just ridiculous, now my poor baby is miserable. Guess we will find a different vet.
Refused to send my cats thyroid prescription over to my new vet when I moved. Even my new vet tried and they refused. Now I have to stress my 16 year old cat out to go to the vet to do new bloodwork to get new meds. During all this Covid crap going on also. People are still trying to get bills caught up also. It's not like my cats thyroid is going to magiclly heal.

We got our puppy a little over a month ago. Hope Springs has been phenomenal with answering questions and offering drive up services. He was even able to get his first grooming there and looks so handsome!!!!! Thank you.
Today our Finnley was groomed. He looks great and always so happy when he comes home. Also love his green Hope Springs bandana. We love it here not just for grooming. We take our pup here to see his Vet, boarding and Doggie Daycare. Finnley loves going here. Everyone is so wonderful with him. They make you feel like we are all one big family. I also buy his puppy food here among other things. Their prices are very comparable to anywhere, and at times cheaper.

I’ve been using Hope Springs at Great Bridge since 2011! They are the absolute best!! I wouldn’t take my kitties anywhere else! Dr. Williams is who my cats see and she is absolutely phenomenal!! I highly recommend her and this office to anyone looking for a wonderful veterinarian!!
