They have a meal program that is ran horribly i would not advise no one to get there meals from this place they dont make the meals there and there is no one to speak to about your meals they dont give menus you and dont know what your getting you tell them you dont eat certain foods and they send it anyway.. my insurance company pays for these meals to be delivered to me properly and that doesnt happen .. I would not recommend this place for meals.. all they say is sorry meantime I dont have food and they will not bring you... read more
Out of homecares I've been with Hope Rising homecare is so far the best for me an my caregiver... was with Tempus an they are the worse... Thank you hope rising
I've only been with this company for a few weeks and it's been nothing but headaches and disappointment. They consistently said that the aide needed to clock in and she kept telling them the app isn't working for her. Then they said oh, human resources said another person had the same problem, hold on we need to do something here, and bam, now it works KIND OF AFTER TWO WEEKS of this!!!
