These people terminated me as a patient without prior notice or consent?.
The lady the answer phone at front desk is currently refusing me service my psychiatrist told me to set up a therapy appointment and the receptionist is acting like their are no therapists their . She called me back to hang up on me and she is now currently sending me to voicemail over and over she's refusing me service . Extremely unprofessional
My case manager was Lexi and she has truly made my life better. She listens and you can tell that she genuinely cares. Give that girl a raise!
