It’s been almost 6 months. Plates still haven’t arrived. They won’t answer the phone, they wont return calls, no one is ever there (I’ve driven by multiple times at random points during the day just to be sure) this has scam written all over it. After reading the multiple recent review of people having the same issue it seems like they are fluffing their ratings by making up reviews. BE AWARE I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK THAT THIS BUSINESS BLEW UP MY MOTOR AND REFUSES TO FIX IT OR EVEN REFUND MY FULL DEPOSIT! I'VE KNOW ED AND JOHN MY ENTIRE LIFE! IF THEY COULD DO THIS TO ME WITHOUT CARING There's NO TELLING WHAT THEY WILL DO TO SOMEONE THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW! I AM A SINGLE MOM WITH 2 KIDS. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO WORK OR TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO HER NEUROLOGY APPTS BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY DID TO ME! I AM NOW HAVING TO TAKE FULL LEGAL ACTION AND FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM BE AWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH HOPE MOTORS. Originally I had nothing but good things to say about Hope Motors and John, my salesman. However, I'm having to bring a lawsuit against them because I can't get them to return my calls and between my husband and I we have been up to their business over 10 times and no one is ever there.
