I’ve been seeing this company for a couple years now. Me and my children have seen both the dental and medical side. I’ve got to say the staff is amazing, they are very patient and most of all are very affordable and will work with payment plans. South side Medical is the best. They also go above and beyond with smoking classes and offer a lot more for personal health. I recommend everybody, especially mommies with low income like myself.
They could get more doctors. they do not have any. Its not free.
I went in yesterday as a walk in emergency, I was told that the appointment would be $70 dollars on up. According to your website "The fee for adult dental care varies base on needed procedure, with a patient average of $60." Why was I told it would be $70 dollars? Not only that, the woman at the front desk was not friendly at all, she made no attempt to help when I told her I did not have $70 dollars. Can never get dental clinic to answer nor have they ever called me back :( I don't want to complain because it is a good service for unisured people but really wish I could get an answer.
I'm extra terrified of the dentist and had to get my tooth pulled yesterday. They were extra friendly and went above and beyond to keep me calm while my tooth was being removed. I'll be seeing them from now on for all my dental needs.
Been going here for years the staff is very friendly , they always know my name just by looking at me. If you're on a limited income I definitely recommend coming here for treatment.
Wonderful place to visit I recommend this to anyone
