Current pt and warn against signing on. THE REVIEWERS LISTING QUALITY STAFF... NO ONE MENTIONED BY NAME IS THERE ANY LONGER! As you can see here they replied with private medical information on a public review. They only have 2 nurses both scared of service dogs, show up unannounced or reschedule and come for only minutes. Like less than 10. I've only met an aid at intake. I've never had a cna or aid visit. They don't help with pharmacieslike hospice Austin did. My family and I cannot thank you enough to the staff of Hope and Grace. There are a few names that I would like to call out that work with my family: Jodi, Rose, Andrea and Natalie and of course the rest of the team that work behind the scene. The staff of Hope & Grace Hospice thank you for your care and dedication to providing Hospice care. You all are wonderful. Supplies, Nursing care and availability was second to none. Keep up the good work.
