I joined Hope Connections around the beginning of the year, and have been seeing therapist Chris since then. He is an excellent listener and gives me great advice. We have built a relationship where we can talk openly and freely about my experiences. I enjoy and look forward to my sessions when I can make it to them. Such a relief to have a different experience than the last therapist I had (not a part of this company.) God bless Chris and the other therapists in this office!!
I have been attending sessions here for about a year and they have really helped me figure out some personal issues. Definitely, would recommend Chris as a therapist, he's great and easy to talk to.
I started going to Hope Connections about a year ago and I was nervous because my last therapy experience (that was 10 years ago) wasn’t a good one. The last therapy place I went to forced their religious views on me and we never got anywhere (it was the right place for me). When I started therapy at Hope Connections, I was able to be placed with a Counselor for assessment pretty quickly. This place is as bad as compass. They do not return calls. They tell you they have to verify your insurance, great no problem, I have two. They however will not call you back letting you know if they can take you and when you do call and follow up they make nothing but excuses. It's a joke
I've been dealing with a lot the last several years, and Michelle has helped me immensely. She is a calm and kind listener, and is good at addressing things without being judgemental. I greatly value her sessions since they help me to look at the big picture while working through issues. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone who is trying to let go of the past and overcome anxiety.
