I recently transferred a family member from another home health agency. HCL made the transition smooth and effortless.
When it comes to the company they aremt reliable. Most workers that have cared for my family member have been lazy and just sit and do the bare minimum and get defensive and rude when called out on it.. company fails to communicate if they communicate at all to the family about employees being late/not coming. They promise 2 aids and only send 1 that is under qualified. They dont train the employees to the proper degree and instead give them a cheat sheet to learn from instead of hands on training which should be required fo... read more
