My son seemed to require medical attention. As his usual doctor was unavailable, we were seen by Dr. Cade. From the outset, her demeanor was visibly upset and dismissive, making us feel as though our visit was an unwelcome intrusion on her time.Dr. Cade's approach was unsettling; she questioned the timing of our visit and our decision to administer ibuprofen based on his symptoms. Took my 4 year old son on Saturday nov 4 to Dr castle berry. He had a high fever, cough. She said it’s a virus that’s it anc sent us home I asked her could it be strep since he wouldn’t eat. She said no. Ended up having to take him the Vanderbilt with 103 fever, throwing up. He had strep throat , ear infections and infections in his eyes. A very sick boy. And dr castleberry did not take the time to treat this baby.
Very patient and understanding. He listens to you when making decisions about the care of your child….some MD’s don’t want to listen. Best way to describe him is that you can tell he has a love for Jesus and treats others that way!
I was seen promptly for all five visits and treated with respect and kindness. My appointments were for cataract surgery, and Dr. Drowota and his staff explained the procedure very well. I am so very pleased with the whole process that I will certainly recommend him to my family and friends.
One year ago (April 2022), I waited about two hours for an appmt and left. I came back for a makeup appmt a week later and had to wait about an hour. On 5-25-23, I waited for a regular annual appmt, finally heard my first name called and asked the woman if she called (my full name) and she just looked at me and turned around to go back into the "inner sanctum." She is a very wonderful doctor! Straight to the point but also listens and WANTS your help to get a correct diagnosis!!!!! Always happy with her visits!!!! Blessed to have her
My visit was amazing. He is so knowledgeable. He answered my questions clearly and precisely. He truly cares about each of his patients. I was so happy about my visit, I phoned my daughters afterward and told them to make appointments. They did so. One was pregnant at the time and one has PCOS and other issues no one was aware she had. They have been thoroughly pleased with the care they have received. We need more doctors like Dr. Williams.
She was very knowledgeable about Gastro related procedures and issues. Good listener and attentive. Took the time to explain procedures and answered questions in an easy-to-understand format. Very personable. Highly recommend.
Dr. Johnson has provided great medical care to my son since birth. He is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but possesses a great bedside manner. He is readily available to answer questions, compassionate, funny, and provides good customer service.
