I have taken several dogs to this clinic and never once have I been disappointed. It's a little nuts during drop off times but that's just part of the deal when you're at a low cost clinic. Those who complain about wait times are warned in advance that the process is not as convenient as a local vet but that's to be expected with the popularity of this place and they should not really complain. Completely ridiculous. Sat in the waiting room and listened as they told every other person that was dropping off their dog for a spay/neuter why the services were going to be more than they were quoted. They get to my dog and immediately after taking her back say that she's a "high risk" breed and will be double the price. I had her with me when I made the appointment and they said nothing about this. Seems like a total bait and switch situation.
