I got my Chihuahua fix for free here about a month ago, and within a week she was back to her normal self even though, she was labeled as 'high risk' because she was in heat while in surgery. Thank You H.O.P.E.!❤
I took my Pitbull Mr. Annie in to be 'fixed' , 3 weeks ago, and they only took ONE testicle out. WHO CAN'T COUNT TWO BALLS ????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOW rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor follow up too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
