If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible company after being made to use them with home warranty. This company blew air into a functioning line that caused a major blockage and then would not show back up. Did not even look at the other half of the problem I called about and had to call another company to fix the problem. Completely useless.

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Took off work 3 days because each day they said they were coming. The did not show up. Did not call to say they were not coming. Nothing. Finally showed up to find out they did not have to correct parts ordered (after we set multiple photos to ensure they were getting the correct parts). Receptionist did not care that we took off work to accommodate them. Said they’d be here between 9-10 did not show. I hired John Hoover Sr. in June 2021 to remodel my house started the work but he had no clue of how to do the repairs I payed him $11,500 in cash & cash app I only got a new roof outdoor siding new windows installed & gut out all my materials were stolen from my house I purchased 🏡 he hired the Mexican contractor guy Pleas to do all the work but he never paid him no work was done my house is not finished, John Hoover is a crook and rip off!!

Worst experience ever this is actually 0 stars they take on more than they can handle and instead of apologizing for the inconveniences the office receptionist who sounds like she’s always sleeping get agitated and unprofessional. She actually told me she has clients more important than I. Tasteless and very unprofessional. Use at your own risk.
