Nice Place Everything is terrific here. All updated units, plenty of storage and they even give you the choice of one painted accent wall of color. Management is attentive to your needs.
A PLACE CALLED HOME I've lived here for more than a decade now, and I will never grow tired of coming home to the smooth newly paved asphalt parking lots which nicely contrast the weekly manicured green lawns and picturesque beautiful floral landscapes of the property. With the new renovations and upgrades, amenities here are modest, but modernly lavish. Hoover Square Apartments Been here for 4 years and everythings seems to be going down hill
Hoover Square Apartments The ceilings makes loud cracking sounds, the air conditioners in the wall shoots out fums/dusk when I turn it on. Dirt is caked up inside of the heat radiators, and the refrigerator makes all kinds of noise and breaking/cracking sounds day and night. The hoover square apartment complex is not totally dispreportionate, but chemicals are coming into my apartment from some where throughout the wee hours of the night. Hoover Square Apartments Since moving here 4 years ago, I think the property and it's value has gone down
laziness They moved me into an apartment that was not cleaned,given new carpet or even painted. They offer a pool that is not even available. Managers come and go every month. There is a roach issue in most apartments, there are no air filters for air conditioner because of outdated units. Buzzer for front doors don't work, they offer a dishwasher but they do not have any. They will try and get more rent out of you even if your agreement has a set price.
great location I love the fact it's around the corner from my job. The fact that it's a shipping center restaurants, etc. Nice respectful neighbors, very clean lot. And the location is all around great.

Horrible Office Staff I stayed for 4 years at Hoover Square only because of the location. The office staff is unprofessional. The maintenance staff is slow, rude and often fix things and leave a mess. The office staff barely answers the phone. The walls are thin. The washing machine and dryers are always breaking and the staff states they can't call to have them fixed it's up to the tenants to call. The pool is never open even though they advertise the pool when showing you the apartments. The intercom system has never worke... read more
