Verified Renter The front office staff are really nice! I enjoy being able to do laundry in my apartment building. The pet policy is amazing! I enjoy my apartment and the way the new renovations turned out.

New Management Making All the Right Changes I've been here since August and feel it has been an appropriate length of time to write a review. Whenever I place a work order request, it is either same day or next day that someone comes out and promptly assists me. Both my boyfriend and I's name are remembered by the staff. Lawrence is amazing at taking care of people. The laundry facilities have one washer and dryer in each building and it costs less to wash my laundry in the building than it does at a laundry mat. Roaches Some Apartments is infested with roaches and they know it they are still allowing People to move in bedbugs too but they don’t care they are money hungry
Management Management When I originally moved into my apartments everything was fine the neighbors were a little loud but nothing major. About 3 months of me living there a new management company took over and every since everything has been hell. When I put in a request for maintenance to come out they take over a week to come out . When I ask to be contacted by a manager in regards to issues that I'm having they never follow up. Free Heat Beware of Free Heat. There are at least two buildings that are currently without heat and have not had heat this year 2018. Management has not provided any written notification as to why. Maintenance state the boiler is broke. The temperature is 40 degree at this moment 11/11/2018 @ 9:30 p.m. As i type my fingers are extremely cold. Worst Management I have stayed there for 2 years. When I went in the apartment everything was okay. But as soon as I signed the lease their behaviour changed along with their maintenance. ? The heat is never adjustable its always above 85 in the winter. ? It always takes long wait until they clean the snow. ? Manager Great apartments. Management is awesome , always there when you need them . Maintenance is always on time / responsive , clean environment . Great place to live I love it .
NEW Managemet I was worried when I first moved. but NEW management is Awesome. If you ask for something to fixed it gets done!!! I give the staff respect and they give it back. VERY responsive. GREAT place to live.
