John has always been very good help
I would recommend not using crist. For anything. Not only is he and his staff incompetent by constantly losing documents you drop off then after 3 months of hearing nothing , you will get another request for the same documents . When you call to speak with him about the documents he is very arrogant, smart mouthed, and totally disrespectful giving off the vibe your not worthy of his time and that your beneath him .
