I called to ask a question regarding my w2s. The lady on the other end of the phone proceeded to tell me I'm being charged 15 dollars for my w2s because they don't work for free and paper costs money!! Are you kidding me? Global pandemic and she's charging me 15 bucks to reprint w2s that I never received. Its not like I moved or lost them. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Shameful representation of your company. I'll be sure everyone i know in business hears of this. I should have just waited to speak with Nancy
