Absolutely terrible experience. I called this HVAC company for what should have been a straightforward refrigerant issue, but they barely looked at the system before jumping straight to a quote for over $2,000 in new USELESS components. No meaningful diagnostics, no simple checks, no effort to confirm the actual problem. Just a fast, expensive upsell.
