Placed an online order(family of 4) on 4/28/19 was told pick up time was 6:29pm. We arrived they couldn't find our order. 7:05pm they found it. Got the food home and it was as if it had been sitting in the fridge. Called up at 7:10pm spoke to manager she re took my order (because it was wrong) I asked her how long before we come pick the order up again? She says it will be ready no later than 7:45pm. great service and food -Krystal was great
Take forever to get your order when not busy. Manager Raven won’t give out information and hung up on me. Staff doesn’t give proper information on the rules of all you can eat. Worst service ever. Poor poor management. Very disappointing
So yesterday was my husband's birthday and we had SUCH an AMAZING time. The ladies even sang to his it was AWESOME
