Ick. This was what our order looked like, granted it was delivered. He ordered 2 flavors of wings, only got 1 flavor. Didn’t get extra ranch that we were charged for. And just look at the fries next to the sandwich.
We ordered contactless delivery. Food bag was not sealed or even attempted to be sealed. You offer safety for our deliveries, but don’t follow through. This was the stores responsibility, not the delivery driver! Then we call the store and are on hold for over 30 minutes. Still on hold as I write this review. Keep us safe, not wondering if we are! Delivery driver had on no gloves and no face mask and waited at door to hand delivery to us on this ‘contactless’ delivery...and food was cold!
Absolutely TERRIBLE service ! Their online pick up times are not even close to what they say. WORST Hooters and on top of that the online order was wrong
slow take out service, one girl had no mask or gloves on. wings were cold. after waiting 40 minutes for order. looked like they had no management or organization.

Tonight I placed an order through Hooters web site who apparently partners with Grub Hub. “Crystal” the so call manager was VERY unhelpful and very disrespectful. I walked in to pick up my order informing I placed on line. She respond in a curt attitude “we did not get a order from you” and puts her tablet in front of my face forcing me to see a blank screen.
