Every time I travel to Springfield or am drive further north over the last 20+ years, I make it a point to stop off and visit Hooters of Springfield. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Myself and my friends, always enjoy our stay. I
Stood at the door for 45 minutes waiting to get in. there was at least five tables empty in the place. they wasn't setting anybody. then when we did get in it was almost an hour before we got our food. the people that were seated after us got their food and was boxing up their leftovers before our food even came to the table. when are food did come to the table it was almost 10 minutes later before we got our silverware so we can eat it.
I have been coming here for several months and this is the worst service ever! 1 hours for small wing order and there was hardly any sauce on them had to wait for more sauce then the wings were cold! Adios
great location. friendly staff and the manager was glad to check on our table. will definitely be back again.

Good food but had to wait like 30 minutes for wings. Drove 1 1/2 hrs. N had to wait that long not too happy. Then waiting on our tickets I see the server n the back on her phone not happy
