There was nine of us we all got our food besides my daughter she finally got her her food after everyone was done eating a ready to go. It took for every to get refills on drinks. We where put on the patio to start with and it January so after there was a free table they could of asked us if we wanted to move in side but no one did. We found on inside our self's.

Poor service, fries came out finally after done eating, empty beer glass most of dinner, waitress got mad that we asked for boxes and then couldn't figure out how to combine the bills to one bill after she was told 3 times it was "altogether".

We come for some great food and some grateful alcoholic beverages and our server Emily Did A Great Job At Keeping My group happy! She dseverez 10 stars if I can give them to her! Food was amazing and so where the drinks
Today was the last time I will ever eat Hooters. The wings have so much breading it's ridiculous. They had no flavor what so ever. Buffalo Wild Wings will get my business from now on

My 2 sons and I enjoy spending time together at Hooters. Great food, great staff and atmosphere. Love the remodel job. We can't watch the UFC fights anywhere else now, Hooters has spoiled us! Happy New Year!!
We went to this location because we've never had issues in the Bloomington restaurant but went to Springfield and it was a completely different experience we had to wait a hr and a half just to get our food that we ordered probably 5 mins after we got there it's not like they were crazy busy, there was a total of 7 tables or 2 or 3 there the entire time I was there. Then there was a man picking up food with a seeing eye dog and there was a waitress that stepped back and huffed I don't even like dogs. So then to top my visit ... read more
