I was here twice tonight. First, as a customer, then to pick up UberEats orders. The 5-star rating goes to my own experience as a customer. Caitlyn was excellent. Food was on point. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area. However, I don't know what happened my second time around. I did have two orders to pick up, but it shouldn't have taken 40 minutes. There weren't that many customers at the time, so it was a little annoying that it took so long.
Love the food, and the desserts there. The women of course, always a bonus. Service is very good there over all.
Sat at the bar. Waited over 10 minutes before acknowledged. Ordered original wings with buffalo sauce. Sauce was way over whelming, and the wings were soggy.
Best Hooters in DFW area. Clean, set up great for watching sports, and great staff. Food is great and the beer is always ice cold.
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service we've ever had. Came in for dinner tonight with my family of five. Waited at the door to be seated for five minutes while waitress walked by and just smiled. There was only maybe 5 tables seated. Finally get sat down and the waitress takes our order for drinks. 20 minutes later she finally walks by and WE asked her if we could order. Love me some Hooters!!!! Daytona wings, mixed with three-mile island sauce is freakin' awesome!!! Thank you Hooters, for taking care of your Veteran's. WE appreciate you very much.
