Awful experience by the manager. Our waitress was great, but other than that very disappointing!
This location has always been good and consistent. Last night I was there with several of my kids and their friends. Our waitress, Taylor, was on point with her appearance and service. My kiddos got a little loud and she was so nice and quick with the drinks and food. I have visited several Hooters locations and the Plano location has always been a great one to visit.

Took my niece and we're ignored. Sorry I have boobs
We were seated in a booth at 2 pm. After 10 min of waiting I had to go up front to ask for a server. Our server who we eventually got, Jessica, comes over and before introducing herself yells across the store to her co worker asking for a cell phone charger. She then slams her pen down a couple of times while talking to us kind of giving off the impression we're wasting her time. Throughout our ordering process she continues yelling about either "Casey not giving her charger" and how mad she is, just overall a really bad cus... read more
