They think that ppl dont look over the card. They like to over charge ppl. Then when u call n complian the manager wants to say they didnt.
Hostess Kristen was a doll really fast greeted me sat me ran around bussing more tables than bus boys ever have and held the door for me as I left . Had a waitress named Nina who was very unsatisfying, if you expect a good tip at least out on a smile not the resting bitch face and yeah whatever attitude. Managers were friendly changing channels on the tvs for guests and helping clean up. Men's bathroom was gross
The mass amount of grease was horrible!! There was at least a cup and a half in the bottom of my take out and when I called the manager she wasn't helpful at all. It's dinner time but bring back your food and we will try to fix it but that is they way it always is. Ummmm no the one in Orland is nothing like that. Will never go there again after the remodel the service when down the toilet!!!!

I went into Hooters with some coworkers while on lunch, it was 8 of us, our concern was getting separate checks and had no problem with paying gratuity, the manager walked to us and said whats the problem, no greeting or nothing. He stated that since we walked in together that we would be charged as a group. He was very rude and really didn't care. I called in a order for two ten piece hot wings, picked up my order, then came back to work, only to find out they gave me plain wings. When I called back to tell them ab I about the mistake they had made. The young lady that answer the phone was very very rude!!! After asking to speak to a manager, the phone hung up in my face. Called back two, three times and Noone answered my calls!!! Sad, spoiled my day and lunch break!!!
