the staff acted like they were better than the customer they also serve the food not cooked correctly so therefore it caused diarrhea due to the meeting not being cooked completely if you're going to have staff work in the kitchen at least train them instead of just throwing them back there very poor service I would recommend you go over to Dave's across the way much better.

I had a really awesome time at Hooters. the hospitality was awesome the food was excellent the restaurant was very clean overall one of the best dining experiences I've had in a very long time. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant as it is amazing.
Wish I could show the picture but just had a first experience at the tacoma location and it was amazing food was great woman were outstanding highly recommended will see you all next time! Thanks again!!
My husband and I came in Friday 03/11/16 around 5:30-6 pm, with our 5 year old daughter and our 4 month old son.....we were seated immediately and our server Brittney was fantastic....she got our drink order to us and immediately put in our appetizers and our daughter's food. She talked directly to my daughter and made her feel very special......that's how you do your job......we will be back because of her!

For starters, we stood for an hour when we were told fifteen minutes max. Our appetizers did not come. Sat under the heat lamp for 30+ minutes. When we said we dont want the appetizers anymore, our waitress brought them out still and said they were hiding in the back and asked if we still wanted them (um no). One of our burgers had a HAIR in it. Another burger had cheese which we specifically said there is an allergy do not add cheese. Fries were incorrect on majority of plates. I'm a truck driver and stopped in after driving up from Portland. Ask for Caprice. She is warm and welcoming and a beautiful young lady to boot :-)
Had the worst chicken sliders. Chewy, gummy over cooked, the French fries tasted microwaved. My slider plate came two chicken and two hamburger sliders. the burger was way better than the chicken and French fries
