After we was seated me and a buddy waited 20 minutes to be waited on. All the waitresses and manager seen us but never came to check an see if we had our drinks order or not. Piss poor from what used to be a decent place to. If i could give it no stars i would!
I did not like the service but the food was okay . And the key Turner and waitress didn't know math very well they over charged us an put other people's stuff on our ticket �
The waitress was horrible. She kept forgetting our orders and was scatter brained. The table stayed stacked with empty glasses the entire time. Then we mentioned something to the manager he took like two cups and walked off. He was crappy too! I won't be back. The original Hooters back 15 years ago might have been really run down but everyone was taken cared of and the staff was a hell of a lot friendlier. They need to get their sh*t together at this one ������
Very nice hostess she asked if we wanted a high seat or booth, our waitress was very nice also, food was extra crispy as ordered she kept checking in to if we needed anything else, excellent visit.
Slow service, didnt take our order properly, good was not cooked to order. Food was over priced for something i can get cheaper elsewhere. Will not be back again.
I went for the Mother's Day Special. I called before going so I could be straight on what to expect. The service was good. She left before I could leave a tip. Good experience.
Everything was delicious and our waitress, she was so polite, did an awesome job & gave us great service!! Thanks so much for your hospitality we will be coming back!! Oh yeah.... Your fried pickles are the best!! ��
It's was great awsome servos and the food was good as always.
Food was Okay, terrible service. Waitresses were too busy sitting outside taking selfies and braiding each other's hair while their customers inside had to knock on the window to get their attention. There was one waitress who was detail cleaning the tables outside while the other 3 watched her. Manager went out and acted like it wasn't a big deal. I will not return just a heads up to other customers about how terrible the service was!
