Love this place the women are always in a nice mood the manager is also amazing tho I ordered a mahi-mahi sandwich and I heard Kim call it out the cooks forgot about my sandwich plus they game me potato salad I orders coslaw they replaced my potato tho I payed full price for my meal I would think they would of given me a free beer there was a white male as the manager he didn't even ask me what could he do to better service me
I love this Hooters. Been going there for 20 years . But last night was the worst service ever. At least 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. Then it was all down hill after that . Server disappeared often, forgot orders twice, and once she knew we were in hurry to leave disappeared again! But I love Hooters still!
Megan was wonderful and absolutely gorgeous :). I'll definitely be back because of her!!!
Miserable experience tonight. Bad service. Cold food. Waited over an hour for our wings, then both the wings and fries cold. Part of the rest of the order, buffalo chicken wrap and mac and cheese for our 2 year old didn't come until later. The place was also frigid cold. Folks came in after we did at the next table ordered, got their food right away (different server) and left before we finished.
Boneless wing lacked sauce, side salad was underwhelming. Used uber eats.
Service was good but my crab legs were over cooked :(
