I usually love this place but today i ate the worst wings i have ever had here. The wings were cold so i sent them back they brought them back cold. Ill change the rating when you guys up your quality control.

My Husband and I went to your restaurant last night for the 1st time. The girl in front who took our name was very nice and very helpful. We asked how long the wait would be . 1/2 an hr. We said that would be fine. We sat at a table in the back because I have a wheelchair. Our waitresses name was Jessica. I really liked her. She was really attentive plus really nice. Good wings & good beer ! no parking & girls with a major attitude problem. Bad first impression, I'm not going back that's for sure.
Hooters customer service is awful. - You guys need to change your policies. - People shouldn't have to share a table, especially with strangers that you have no association with or any responsibility for their action(s). - It's illegal to hold the party hostage by not returning the person's credit card and forcing them to pay for the group that "dine and dash." - Hooters need to step up and give a FULL refund and more for everything the party was charged since it was under duress. - You guys need to be ashamed, as a company,... read more
