Sorry.... but yesterday between 5 and 6 pm I was here.. very bad service
Poor service. Took 30 minutes to get 20 wings! I asked for a second beer and I had to remind the waitress twice that I ordered another one. it's in a great location but service needs to improve if they want people to come back.
waited 15 min for a table then another 10 min for a server. really bad management!
Horrible service, 30 minutes for appetizers then when we got the appetizers the food was awful, pretzels were burnt.. the staff was rude, I asked nicely how much long she would think the food would be after waiting 20 minutes (mind you the restaurant was almost empty and not busy at all) she relayed "its up now" in a mean tone and walked away 10 minutes later we received our burnt pretzels, soggy fried pickles.
The food was ok. Our server was really nice and attentive. Hostess looked lost.
Waited for over 2hours for our food not to mention a cup of WATER!! Unfortuantely i was there w/ a group that decided to wait it out and damn did we wait. Those 2hours that past by w/no service isn't even the time i waited to get my food thats just the time i waited to get pieces of my order and yet No WATER or anything to drink, i literally walked over to counter and served myself a glass of water. Went for lunch, we sat and ordered at the bar, 25 minutes after ordering, we asked how much longer, the bartender mentioning how busy it was, so we mention the gentleman next to us came after and is eating his wings. She goes to check and comes back with cold half cooked wings and room temperature fries. Asked for the mgr and was told..."oh, he'll be a minute, he's in the kitchen cooking." More like trying to cook. ��. Wasted 40min during lunch with no apology or reasoning. DONE
Veronica was a great host but grossly overworked. Need more staff because really busy
Literally disgusting. I'm from Boston and my boyfriend and I go to the hooters there all the time and we love it. Our food at this Hooters was nasty and took over an hour to came out. I took one bite and couldn't eat it, the chicken wings were undercooked. We asked to change the tv channel 6 different times. Also they gave us plastic cutlery.
