he does act like he doesn't care. is short with pateints at times
Seemed ok at first but then he started acting like he didn't care what I said helped me or address my concerns, just came in room each visit at the most stayed 10mins,very uncaring doctor, and staff also definitely would not go to cpc!!!!
This is the worst Doctors office in augusta!!! Dr. Hooper is very rude and doesnt like to answer any questions or concerns. If you try to call his office to talk to a person or set up an appointment you have to wait at least 30 minutes on hold. He does not need to be a doctor he is not passionate or caring at all. Worst doctor EVER!!! I am transfering all of my husbands records today.
3 of my family members went to him for first time for yearly physicals. Two of them had some health issues. He did nothing! Didn’t even look at the problem they were complaining about. Seemed to more concerned with what they did for a living. Don’t go to him! Wish I didn’t have to leave him even one star

I have been a paitent of Dr. Hopper' s since 2007. He is prompt, listens and takes the time to make sure you are not confused by the treatment plan. I moved several years ago and attempted to find another physician. I returned to his practice and now drive over an hour to be seen here. He is very down to earth and it is a relaxing environment. Dr Hooper and his nurse make an amazing team.
Does not care about his patients, only cares about running in and out of rooms. Is smart with the patients. Don't know how he can be considered a Dr. He does not need to be practicing. Treats older people bad.
Dr Hooper been my PCP for 10+ years. Highly recommend him to family and friends. His front desk staff are always pleasant and through the years I have never had one complaint about his medical assistant/nurse!
He and his office manager are an embarrassment to the medical community. He rushes in and out of the exam room, at times not even listening to my chest when I say I feel like I have bronchitis. His office manager is RUDE and has a personality to work in a morgue where she does not need to interact with others. His front office receptionist has 0 interest in the patients as well. His nurse Lacey is great and deserves 5 stars for putting up with this atmosphere on a daily basis.
