Scheduled oil change and brought up another issue which was handled appropriately by Kyle the service manager. Kyle has always provided excellent customer service and it is appreciated.
It was a great pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Hood Automotive. The salesman, Arthur, made it a zero pressure and hassle free experience. No sales tactics, no delays, we worked out the details over the phone in a few minutes time and they were ready for me when I arrive to pick up the vehicle. I was in & out in 30 minutes!
