We had an excellent experience at this clinic when we needed urgent medical attention during our trip to Hawaii. My daughter got an insect bite that unfortunately turned into an infection, requiring us to visit the clinic twice right before our flight back to Korea. We had a great experience with Dr. Youngbean Kwon at the urgent care clinic. Dr. Kwon was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. The wait time was surprisingly short, and the entire visit was efficient and pleasant. I truly appreciated the excellent care and would highly recommend Dr. Kwon and this urgent care facility.
I came at the last minute for a check-up on Good Friday. And they find a way to accommodate me. The team assisted me patiently through the process. The Lady Doctor who saw me was very thorough during my check-up, even though I was just a walk-in and came in at the last minute. She gave all the information I needed and didn't rush through the process. I would come back and recommend this place to everyone who needs to be taken care of urgently
I am SO grateful for Dr. Kwon! My wife got a sudden infection in her toe that was so unbearable that she could barely walk (or even sit). Urgent care took us in on a holiday and were so comforting and caring. They quickly diagnosed it and gave her a medicine she needed and even called the pharmacy to make sure they filled it quickly so we got it before they closed. If you’re a tourist and a sudden emergency happens, I highly recommend this place!
Lele, receptionist/nurse was so sweet and friendly. Dr. Kwon treated me very well and listened carefully to my concerns. They made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate the care I received.
