I had an excellent experience at this urgent care! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was seen right away—no wait time at all—and the entire process was quick and efficient. The doctor was not only thorough but also very caring, taking the time to listen and make sure I felt comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!
All these reviews are so misleading. Let’s start with the fact the website says they have strep throat testing. Well when I walked in, they looked at me like I was crazy and said they don’t have that. THEN let’s talk about the location….ITS SERIOUSLY A JOKE. in the back of an empty grocery store with broken shelves that looks like it’s been abandon for years. Most ghetto place ever. Visiting Hawaii and ran out of my medications. It was a nightmare trying to find a doctor to prescribe me my medication urgently for the day. I started at 7am walking in, calling and even paid a videocall doctor already but none are able to prescribe me with this certain medication as apparently they couldn't do it for tourists. This clinic was the only one by the end of office hours (been sorting it out all day with different clinics, health centres, and emergency room in hospitals) who sorted me out with my medications.
