I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is the most welcoming clinic that I’ve ever been to. The experience left a lasting impression on me as I hardly get friendly customer service. As soon as I walked in, one of the doctors there looked to me with bright eyes and a cheery “Hi!” That right there made my first impression of this urgent care a positive one. Everytime i felt something, like I am sick. I always go to this urgent care. I really love Dr. Kwon, she's nice and a very good doctor. She give me always the right medicine and I am easily healed. The nurse who assisted me yesterday was also very nice and today, it is Ash who help me, we talked a little while while she got my BP and temperature. The Dr. explained to me very well about my condition and I am so glad to be in this urgent care. Thank you Niu Urgent Care, thank you Dr. Kwon. You're the best😊
Niu Health Clinic located inside of Nuuanu YMCA. The service and hospitality I experienced on my visit was everything I expect from any health care service. The nurse, Lele, was kind, considerate, attentive and exhibited professionalism I can’t say I have experienced by nurses in other offices. Dr. Kwon and Lele were simply the best ! Lele made you feel comfortable upon check in, helpful and very polite. Dr. Kwon was able to help me with a diagnosis that I’ve been trying to figure out with my pcp for 6 months now. I’m so happy I went to them. I appreciate that she even scheduled a follow up, to ensure I heal properly.
I had a great experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. My daughter was seen fairly quickly. The medical provider was knowledgeable, patient, and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely come back if needed.
