They truly live up to their name. The front desk always picks up the phone. They have been very kind and flexible, especially if you need to reschedule. The nurses are passionate and friendly; they remember you and each conversation and interaction, even if it is short. Dr. J is capable and has witty humour. He knew exactly what to do and personalised my treatment. I am on the road to recovery and can not thank everyone here enough!
I was able to get seen within 3 days of inquiring. I saw Dr. Yuri, and I thought that she was very thorough and informative. She explained my condition, the focus of my treatment, and answered all of my questions. I’m excited to move forth with my treatment, and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my first appointment.
