Very detailed in examing and explaing the problems he found. I had instant relief with an adjustment and it was the fist time I slept thru the entire night without any back pain.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first
