Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
